Please fill out the following forms and form packet online in order to register your student for school.
Registration PacketPlease upload these required documents to the registration website when registering your child.
- Proof of residence or an approved exception
- A certified copy of the student’s birth certificate or other reliable proof of the student’s identity and age
- A certified and complete immunization record or official immunization exemption
Out of Area Students
If your child lives outside Vineyard Elementary School boundaries, go to Student Services to complete an out-of-area request. Your request will be approved or denied based on availability.
